Omni is an app that provides travel services to people with disabilities with the ultimate purpose of forming inclusive society. People with disabilities need to do a lot of up-front research before traveling to their destination to ensure their needs can be met. A lot of online travel accessibility information are outdated. Also, they have to request special requests by making an actual call every time. It definitely takes longer time for them to gather necessary information.
Omni will provide users ensured travel services including booking with simple steps and personalized travel recommendations while sharing the most updated information related to accessibility. The logo of Omni’s “O” is inspired by the icon of The Accessible Icon Project, an ongoing work of design activism by Sara Hendren.
